Stoked for Tomorrow: The Na Hoku Hano Hano Awards!! (The Hawaiian Grammys) Up for 2 nominations: 1. Ukulele Album and 2. Instrumental Composition: the moon. I'll also be performing with uke whiz's Kalei Gamiao and Brittni Paiva!

Besides the musicianship, I was totally impressed by her performance and stage presence.
She really knocks it out of the park.
Would Have to get to a concert if she toured anywhere near my area.

Taimane is remarkable. I just subscribed to her channel. Another one I heard recently that amazed me was Brittni Paiva doing "Europa" by Carlos Santana - slower piece, but the tone is mesmerizing.

Brittni's Europa is superb--as is Andrew at HMS's camera work.
Taimane, what can we say: she's awesome. Her 2012 CD is ethereal and fast and vibrant and lovely.

Great stuff. Great playing, great tone, great video production. I said in some other thread - the people behind that video should be the people
producing her next album. What I hear in those two videos, to my ears, exceeds what was captured on the last album.
