Very awsome! Gerald I hope you don't mind a couple beginner type questions.
Is the reso guitar in open D or standard tuning? Also what right hand technique are you using? Thumb and two fingers?
The reason I ask is because I just bought a Banjo/dobro 5string neck on a dobro body, and a slide. Right now all I can do is clawhammer but need to work on single string picking similar to what you were doing. (wish me luck)

Yes, I am in open-D tuning on the Duolian Reso guitar. That's D A D F# A D (lo --> hi)

I use a plastic thumbpick and two metal fingerpicks when playing the Duolian - my slide is a standard
over-the-pinky chromed metal cylinder. I do not fret the guitar with left fingers at
any time - it's all slide.

The uke is in standard re-entrant C tuning G C E A.

Right hand technique is basic finger picking techniques. Thumb and two fingers. Sometimes I'll use thumb
and three fingers (omit pinky) when playing an arpeggiated chord.
