WTB solid wood(at least top) soprano

I have been looking for a while to upgrade from my makala uke.

I am really open to any suggestions as well as offers.

My budget is around $250

I bought a big brand name laminate with a solid top and it sounds bad , sounds OK to listeners but no sound for the player. I would stay away from those. IMHO . I just got a Martin OXK and I'm really impressed, its a great uke. It's made of countertop like material , seems almost indestructable. sounds great , plays great.
