Ok so basically I want to do whatever possible to make my uke better. Attached is a pic of it.

Pros-

$100 with case and still sounds great
Gold nylon stringing

Cons-
Rattle when playing
frequently needs tuning
Red (ive always been a fan of that classy spruce/birch look)

I also want a way of hanging it on the wall.

I have a Dean Markley transducer, but its dumb so you have to bend it a certain way until I can get it to work.

Any suggestions? Wall hanging, amplifying, appearnce, acoustic sound, anything. help me out here.

well my ukulele is modded
-i change the nut to tusq
-change the friction to geared tuners
-i change the saddle to bone

the tusq is $12, bone saddle is $12, and the geared tuners are from my old broken lanikai. the ukulele sounded a bit louder because of the tusq and bone.
ohh yehh i named her "LEGEND."

the nut is the white thing that separate the neck from the head.

basically i just took out the nut and the saddle, i bought the saddle(bone) n nut(tusq) in a guitar shop n just made a carbon copy n i took out the tuners from my old broken lanikai n tried it in the kamoa n it fits.

the hard part about it is changing the nut since the one i bought is from a guitar so i have to file down four lines for the ukulele.

but heres an video sample http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1j9FAxZaB2k
