This is a myrtle tenor that I made for the Hale Ukulele store in San Diego. It has a myrtle body, a mahogany neck, and an ebony fretboard and bridge. It's also fitted with a MiSi pickup.I still have a long way to go yet before I will make a truely nice uke, but I think this one is my best to date.
Thank you, everyone, for the informative and inspiring posts! :)IMAG0788.jpgIMAG0789.jpgIMAG0790.jpgIMAG0791.jpgIMAG0792.jpg

truly nice

It looks truly nice to me. There is something to be said for letting the wood and shapes speak for themselves.

Thank you for the kind words!
It turns out, my customer wanted to have gold tuners with black knobs.
Oh, well. At least they'll be easy to switch out.
