My name is Jack. I’m from Taiwan.
I join a ukulele design competition held by Uluru ukulele.
My design is n.062.
The theme I use for design is the legend of Chinese moccasin (one rare, preserved snake in Taiwan, and aboriginal people treat it as a god). There are 2 Chinese moccasins posed like “f hole” and embrace the clay pot, aboriginal people treat the clay pot as a source where their ancestors come from (it’s barrel of the ukulele, actuallyXD). And the image of bronze knife, glass beads I used in the design are also important to the aboriginal people.
The design which gets the most votes will be made to real ukulele and displayed on international exhibition.
