I would stay away from the Cordobas - from what limited experience I've had with them so take my comment with a grain of salt.
I've played around a few Cordoba 15CM and 20CMs, and other models, at a nearby Guitar Center. There were some Luna Tattoos and Riptides laying around as well. The Cordoba 20CM (solid top) sounded quiet and dead, even when compared to the Luna all laminates. They did not sound like an instrument to me, more like cheap toys. I tuned all of them before playing.
Now, this was when I was in your shoes - picking out my first ukulele. But I've played some Cordoba classical guitars in the past. I later just decided to buy a Makala MK-P from Amazon(sold by AustinBazaar), which played perfect and sounded decent, all for $47.
5 Ukuleles later looking back - I think you should get either a cheap-but-good one ($50-ish, Makala Dolphine, Pineapple, etc), or a good-value all-solid one that is set-up($150-$170ish from HMS/Elderly/Ukerepub). Of course, mainland's great as well, if you like the customization.
P.S. - If you spend $100 on an all laminate Cordoba 15CM, you might as well buy the Ohana solid top mahogany from Elderly - shipping is free and they do set up, and it is about $100 too.
