Looking for a weird chord: D7/F#

Hello everybody,

I'm an aspiring musician from California who has recently begun playing the guitar and the ukulele.

First off, this site has already been immensely helpful, and I anticipate making it a regular resource. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, it's nice to see. Thanks guys!

So I've been looking for a rather odd chord, seems to be some sort of split chord, the D7/F#. Does anybody know of this chord, or a resource for finding such chords?

P.S. On a side note, do you have to have a certain forum rank for your avatar to show on these forums?

Just play a D7
D7/F# means "D7 with a F# in the bass".
Since the uke does not have any real bass notes and the note F# is already part of D7 you can just play D7.
