I got mine a couple of months back and play it everyday, I like it ALOT!!!!
I changed the strings from the stock golds to Aquilla Concerts and it gave this little Uke alot more voice.
I was playin a Kala KA-S Soprano, it took me a while to get used to the frets being closer together on the Pono and closer to the nut but its all good now unless I'm switching from my Tenor to the Pono but thats a different problem....

What please is the scale length of the Pono?

From Nut to Bridge on the Pono is 12 7/8'' w/14 frets and on the Kala it's 13 5/8'' w/12 frets.

Yeppers that is me in all my chubby glory entertaining the crowd at this summers Jack Johnson concert at Red Rocks.
