These are extremely well made ukes. Really nice. I have, however, a modern USA style 2 and two vintage Martin sopranos, as well as an OXK. I'm also playing baritone more and more, so the sopranos don't get the play they deserve.

I'd like to try selling locally first. If I have to sell by mail, the price goes
up because of evil shipping costs.

I really can't say enough good things about these. If you want a Martin and an all mahogany uke, you can't go wrong. These, IMHO, are a step up from factory made Asian ukes; Martin did it right. This would make a great Father's Day gift!

Did you purchase new? Who set uke up? What is string height@ 1 &12 fret? Intonation?

1. Yes, it was purchased new
2. A local shop, but probably the Martin factory
3. I have no idea
4. The intonation is what you'd expect from a Martin. In other words, it's good.

Do you plan on flying to Portland, Oregon, to buy it?

Just asking.............made a bad purchase online and fortunately was able to return the uke. Read a review from someone not happy with a Martin set up
from factory so like I said just asking............It appears you are a person of Integrity so your word is good enough for me.
