I just bought a new kala cedar top but one of the tuners feeling sloppy and is missing a washer. Help me please!!! Is it ok or do I need to fix it? It is clear/white on all kalas ad it it is located to the inside of the button. Please help me!

If it is new, the dealer should replace it for you. I'd imagine you could do it yourself if you could find the correct sized washer but this should be handled by the dealer.
