FS: 1920's Gibson UB Banjo Ukulele SOLD
Nice instrument. Looks great and sound exceptional
High quality, original tuners
Original hardware, "j" hooks and nuts in clean, shiny condition
Skin replaced last year
Grover bridge
Presently strung with Southcoast strings. (gCEA)
Was actually a "trapdoor" but the trapdoor wood and hardware is absent.
Headstock graphics are perfect
No serial number
Some issues which I tried to capture on camera:
- STABLE splits in headstock rear
- minor, STABLE, split in fretboard where it cantilevers over the drum head
- Although not the original owner, it is clear that the instrument suffered some damage years ago as evidenced by the split in the underside of the body. This continuous split is completely stable.
No case but I will pack and ship securely.
