So I bought the D'addario strings for my concert, and the 4 strings they give are G, E, E, and B. Is this the norm? Then I tried to put them on the bridge but they were too big. I'm in a bit of a pickle.

Yes, they're actually strings for classical guitar.
The two guitar E strings are for your A (first) and G (fourth). Use the smaller one for the A string and the bigger one for the G string. The guitar B string will be your E (second) and the guitar G string will be your C (third).

Look on the back of the package, lower left hand side above the barcode. The info provides the diameter of the string to the corresponding note. On the individually packed strings, the diameter is printed on the upper right hand corner. Shouldn't be that hard to figure out.
