Hi All,

I saw this vid on YouTube and immediately thought 'what a fake!'.
I even posted a comment to that effect a while back.

It claims to be George Harrison at home in late 90's and Olivia dug it out for the out-takes on Living In The Material World.

I then watched it to the end and I'd bet money on it that the voice is George.

So, I watched again and have real doubts and even think it might be him....

But, no way is that thumb pointing up the style of George's.

Can someone put me out of my misery please and confirm or deny it is on that DVD out takes?

Hmm, looks a bit dodgy doesn't it? The way the voice only comes on when the image goes to black is convincing either.

If it is fake then I think it's a bit tasteless really.

It's definitely George...it's from the 'Living in the Material World' special features (Scorsese film, not 1973 album reissue.)

I was dubious, but after looking at a few other videos of him playing, I think it was him. He does stick his thumb out in other videos and the hands look the same too.

The player moves like and is built like George. Hmm... I'll guess it's him.
