This handcrafted uke features Solid AAA Koa top, back and sides with maple binding, a mahogany neck and bridge , a rosewood fretboard (neck/fretboard binding) and bone nut and compensated bridge. It has an abalone rosette and fret dots, gotoh friction tuners with koa buttons. It has a gloss finish. Handcrafted of quality woods. (Koa AAA)
Original strings were Aquila. Presently, Worth Fat Brown w Red Aquila Low D. Will include Worth Fat Brown Low G and Brand New in the package Aquila (re-entrant high G) for several string options. Includes used Palmtree Case which fits perfect for its round lower bout. I have 15 ukes and this is one of my best. Concentrating on sopranos.
