Hi all,

I have around £75 to buy a ukulele, I don't mind if its second hand from ebay or brand new! As long as it is a fairly good ukulele with a good setup.

What's your opinion guys? What would you recommend?

First you need to decide what size you want. If there is a local uke group around you, that would be the place to try some different sizes out.

I assume you are in the UK so you will need to consider shipping and taxes if you buy outside of country. Other members have talked favorably about Southern Ukulele Store http://www.southernukulelestore.co.uk/ so you may want to look at them. As far as a brand, Ohana has the 10 and 20 series that are nice and in that price range.
