How do I search with 2 words?

Can I do a search that contains 2 words that will get me only posts with BOTH words and not just 1?
I tried to do a search for "concert pineapple" and I get ALL posts with EITHER word which, of course, has tons of posts with "concert" in them.
I want only posts containing both words.
Is this possible?

this will turn up results with both terms from this site)
