I chime in around page 4 or 5. This posting is utterly inexcusable behavior on the part of a customer...and this is the sh-- we sometimes have to deal with as makers.

The OP's response to criticism is akin to insulting the hell out of someone in public, and then saying "Just kidding". It's passive-aggressive behaviour of a type that the Internet makes all too easy...
