Custom made in in the 60's in kaneohe, hawaii (just found out), koa baritone ukulele-with the last 4 strings tuned to a guitar. Made in 1960's in good condition. All 6 strings, keys, pickup are all original and working. Awesome craftsmanship, been in storage since the 1970's and not played since then. There are some strum marks and minor nicks by the front strum board area, and a white noticeable scuff mark near the 1/4" pickup (as shown in pic). Deep tonal quality and strum action is impressive, a one of a kind made in hawaii. Ukulele back board is slightly rounded (similar to violins for tonal quality) but the grains, edges and woodwork done are awesome!
Ukulele measurements are 33" length, 11" width, 3 1/2" depth. Hard case measurements are 38" x 13" x 4".

Ukulele will be shipped in hard black case that has some rust on it's latches. Some minor tears along the edges.

So, day before yesterday the starting price on eBay was $800, today it's $950 on eBay and in this thread it's $1000. Perhaps a bit of clarification is in order.
