I just finished building this Leeward Lounge ukulele #12 this past weekend.
It has walnut back and sides, a port orford cedar soundboard, a bubinga fretboard, ebony bridge and headstock veneer, a MOP logo inlay, and chrome Grover tuners.
It's hard to tell in the video, but the figure on the walnut just explodes in the day light.
While the walnut may not be as loud as some other woods I've used, it has a beautiful sound with a lot of deep tones.
The intonation is excellent and the playability is just as good.

I'm selling it for $450 plus $50 for shipping.
Don't be afraid to email me at fredstikilounge@gmail.com, leave me a message on this thread, or PM me on this site with any questions.
Thank you for looking!

My main camera is broken, so I had to use a Macbook. Not ideal.

Hello everyone!

I'm dropping the price on this uke down to $300 plus shipping for a week or so, and then I'll be putting her on ebay.
Let me know if you have any questions or comments.
Thanks again,

~Fred

Very nice. I wish I could sing a good as you.

In the video it says sitka spruce top....?

Sorry, that was a mistake. It is actually a port orford cedar top.
Several of my other ukes have spruce tops and I had them confused when I made the video.
Thanks for catching that, I'll have to fix that!

~Fred

Also, someone pointed out to me that the video is flipped. It's actually a right handed uke. :)

1. That's a very pretty and good sounding Uke, and a nice performance.
2. It's clearly a steal at 300.
3. dang it, I already have 3 Ukes, and not enough money! so sorry, I would love to have that one.

Hey Fred. Emailing you I'll take it.
Glenn

Oh thank goodness. I have never been that tempted by a uke in the marketplace before. What a steal. Good luck and enjoy.

Fred - keep up the great work!

PM sent.

It looks like this ukulele is coming to NJ after all.
