Just to clarify that I'm not happy that Sting's lyrics belittle the importance of fathers in a child's life.
I wonder how involved in his children's lives he was before his divorce?
I know that losing contact with children can be a cause of devastation in men's lives after a divorce.
I can't imagine my life without regular contact with my children or grandchildren.
And no, I've not been through a divorce.
My eldest turned 40 this year.
