I am looking at possibly purchasing a BUSHMAN BU7T - Jenny (Tenor). From what I understand, they are made from solid Brazilian Mahogany (top, back, sides and neck). I am also told they have a great tone for their price range.

Does anyone have any feedback good and/or bad? What do you think, do you agree or an I getting the runaround?

Thanks in advance.

ive read both good and bad reviews on them. but i do like their pickups. i installed one in my brother's uke and it works just as good as any of the shadows, but has a much more convenient battery compartment.

I've owned both--I would say go with the Pono. Great projection and tone, beautiful workmanship, and a much better fretboard.
