SOLD

This is a new concert size uke made of solid Macadamia wood for the body. This beautiful wood has lots of sparkle and figure. It is well seasoned, at least 20 years, and is quarter-sawn for maximum strength and sound. The neck is Mango wood (with some very old worm holes) and a graphite truss rod. Rosewood fingerboard and bridge. Medium size frets. Abalone curved diamonds for the fret markers with white side dots included. Orange colored recon stone logo inlaid into ebony. Bone nut and compensated saddle. Three maple wood rings for the sound hole rosette. Grover brand chrome friction tuners with smaller, uke friendly plastic cream-colored knobs. Worth brand strings. The playing scale is 15". There are 12 frets to the body, 18 total. Gloss nitro-lacquer finish with a satin smooth feel. Low easy playing action and a very full rich mellow mahogany/koa quality to the sound. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. No case but I will double box for safe shipping. Made in the USA. $30 shipping in the USA lower 48 states. Payment by money order, personal check or bank draft only, no Paypal. Email me if you need more information. Thanks for looking.

For an additional fee of $80, I can install the new Gotoh planetary geared UPT tuners if you wish. The tuner knobs are white in color.

$750 - payment plan available

Anyone looking for a concert uke should give serious consideration to this one. I'd put it up against any 'K' brand for quality, sound, and craftmanship. This macadamia is a wonderful tonewood too, especially in Duane's hands. I only wish I had the funds myself!

Please make baritone ukuleles!!!

I have made many baritone ukuleles in the past. Unfortunately, for a higher end baritone, they are difficult to sell and I usually have to lower the price drastically to make a sale. I am a one man shop and I can't make a baritone for a few hundred bucks, or even $1000 bucks. Today's market is very different from past years and with so many imports flooding the market, I have decided to not make baritones or many tenors in the future. If and when I do, I will post them for sale here. Thanks for asking.

Very pretty uke! You deserve much praise for your craftsmanship there!
