Only memory. I'm trying to force myself to note/tab my arrangements but it always ends in writing two bars of music and then playing some tunes on the ukulele.

I hear you, but over time, you'd be surprised, you might end up forgetting some of what you came up with....
I wrote a piece for my wife, and its cool to see it all tabbed and saved for the long term.

Yes. Forgetting is the reason I try to force myself to do that - it happened to me few times and the videos helped to fix that, but tabbing it down would be much better.
