Does anyone have a good source for these I am using thin mando wire on my ukes .My 5in jewellers blade is getting old and cutting uneven slots. thanks

I use this Japanese flush cut saw. http://www.harborfreight.com/japanese-flush-cut-saw-39273.html It mics out at 0.023". Maybe you could thin it down to meet your 0.020.

I'd look at the Japanese saws. I have one from Woodcraft that cuts about 0.022"
Or look at the Stewmac fret tang crimper tool and go with a 0.024" fret wire

Malco has no blades with a 5/8in arbour for my TS?? I have a .5, .6 and .4mm eberle handsaw blades , but I am using acrylic templates for slotting ukes.thanks everyone.

Check with them, they may punch one special for you with a minor upcharge. Or see if they sell a ship to reduce the bore on a blade.

I use the StewMac fret slotting blade for the table saw and templates.
