Hey UU,
I have a 1950/60s Harmony H1201 Tenor Guitar I'd like to re-home. It has a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and is generally awesome.
This one's been done over: neck reset, bridge reset (with new bridge plate), fret level and dressing, and overspray. It has nice action and plays clean all the way up the (long for us ukers!) fretboard.
There's a bit of strum wear on the upper treble bout, and one of the bridge pins isn't an exact match, but otherwise it's in great shape.
Strung with D'Addario light trebles, tuned Chicago style, DGBE. (Actually, I purchased it to play with lower tunings; this one feels great tuned a full step down, ie CFAD.)
Sound sample: https://soundcloud.com/user92796094/regal-tenor-guitar-in-f (It's tuned down to F -- sorry about the rain in the background.)
Willing to trade for luthery hand tools (chisels, files, planes, saws, etc.); otherwise, $275 gets this shipped CONUS. Internationals, PM me to discuss details.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers.
