Instrument display cases

Hi Guys -
wanted to share this pic -
My brother has been making display cases for a few of my instruments, -the pic is of one wall in my bedroom. - one has a cover , and the others are open. - all using wood from 'dumpster dives' from where he works at the cabinet shop. I quite often turn the instruments around to show off the beaut wood on their backs, and also rotate other ukes up and case these for a time. This way they are easy 'at hand' to pick up and play, though does take a few minutes every morning tuning them all-

I can only imagine the quality dumpster diving available at a cabinet shop! Is that birds eye maple backing them?
