As of Jan 2013: . The agency reportedly has until Feb. 2014 to implement new standards, which are expected to be drafted within the year. I have traveled internationally and domestically this year with a tenor and hard case which fits nicely in all the overheads of anything 737 (can't stand those cattle cars!) or bigger. The only comments I ever got from flight personnel was "Are you going to play for us". I wonder if I can pull of getting the entire plane to sing....that should be one hell of a YouTube video... or one hell of a booking photo in jail. Wonder if they would let you hold your uke for the jail photo?

Chuck doesn't worry cuz he just stays on the Big Island or if he island hops, he goes by canoe...He likes to stay green! :p
