Song Help Request Whats the name of this song???

Ok last night i was watching a how to vid on iamhawaii.com the vid link is Here after Jake Shimabakuro shows you the strum technic he starts playing a song. i found the chords and really like the way the song sounded but am not sure if its a real song or something he just made up???? Dont have any of his music so this may be one of his songs. Anyways whats the name if there is one. i would like to learn the whole thing...
