Haven't used my Fender Passport P250 P.A. for a while. Played a show today and wondered why things were fading out every so often. Switching Mics, cords, etc - still happened every so often.
Channel 1 has VIP (Vocal Input Priority) which knocks back other channels. Realized the last time I used the PA was to play recorded music for an event, and had set the VIP channel for their public address needs, so they could just talk and knock back the music to the background.
Grrrrrrr. Luckily, it was my vocal channel, and I only had sung a few harmonies to the point when I switched the lead singer to my channel. Should have refreshed myself on the manual before the show...
