Very cool. As a resonator player, I'd also argue that the one chord blues is possible (worked for John Lee Hooker).

You need to check out Rufus Harley playing jazz bagpipes...
But for the life of me, I'll never understand the need for some folks to codify musical styles into rigid "correct" forms. (see Bluegrass & hardcore punk rock.) It's all a bunch of pedantic bull from folks who haven't listened to enough music and want to appear knowledgeable.
