Just throwing this one out there in case anyone was into small basses but found the UBASS to be too expensive.

This is a proper bass guitar with steel strings and magnetic pickups, but it is similar in size to a baritone ukulele.

Plays super well, sounds super big and is very comfortable to play.

I bought it back in 2011.
Kept in pristine condition for a bit of bedroom playing/recording.
I had it setup at the local luthier for ideal playing action, and have it setup with DR Black Beauty heavy gauge strings (perfect for a bass with such a short scale).

Giving this one away for $120 including shipping internationally.
I imagine I'll lose most of this through the shipping fee (sending from Australia).

Would prefer to sell to someone local. Please PM me if you're in Australia. We can negotiate a deal.

Here is a video in which I use it:

(plugged into a small 10-watt Vox Pathfinder amp)

Here is a video of someone playing the same model:

Size comparison with a Luna Baritone and Gretsch Tenor ukulele:

I have one of these babies....am new to bass. They are only 2" longer than a U-Bass.....34" and a real deal mini P-Bass. They are very hard to find, let alone a bargain like this. U-bass sounds more like upright, this thing more like a regular bass guitar. D'Addario sent me some EXL160S short scale bass strings for it. I never found that second video, thanks and good luck with the sale.
