MGM is quite famous in these parts. Quite a few of us have bought ukes from him. You won't be disappointed.

I'd advise you to wait until she's in your arms to name her. That way, you'll be sure to pick the perfect name.

Speaking of pretty ukes, I got a Kala KA-KT for my cousin, and it just arrived the other day. Naturally, I had to inspect it, to make sure he gets my money's worth. It looks beautiful and sounds even better.

I think he'll love it.

Whats a good pedal? That's liek asking what's a good smell, haha. depends on what you like. I recommend a multi effects unit like the Digitech RP series. A lot a bit of everything. My personal fav uke effect is reverb and a little bit of delay.

The RP-50 is only 50 bucks and has everything you need. It doesn't have an exoression pedal though... so no controlled wah or volume effects. Check it out, bro:

yo Luck-E, i have one of these if you want to test it out. you can even borrow it if you like. you can just leave one of your big 24k donkey rope necklaces as collateral.

It's pretty bottom of the line. But it's $50 and works fine. It's a great first multi pedal. The tone isn't as good as other, but then again it isn't $300.

I got compliments on my guitar tone at a gig using the rp-50.

As far as chromatic.. it does have a great tuner that works perfectly. I think that's what you're meaning.

I have a concert Bugsgear with the Tree of Life inlay. I like using the zoom 505 II pedal with it. (Yes its the same one Aldrine is giving away.)

so no, it didnt work out for me :/ the store was sold out on it, and wont be ordering more, buncha jerks.

also some guy was looking at an oscar schmidt, and asked where it was from and the sales guy said "oh yknow, mars..the moon". So I wont be buying from them anyway. If theres one thing I hate its asshole employees.

sorry to hear that steve... i feel u bro.. i cant stand when employees act like jerks just cuz people have to ask them a question.. i mean come on.. you work at music shop.. of course people wanna know about instruments... i hope you find another place with friendlier employees.. i go to guitarshowcase here and i go through the same guy for all my needs if im not using MGM. it makes a big difference when the employee is someone you can chat with and go on about ukes and music.. good luck tho steve..
