Is there a more beautiful song from a Disney movie than Baby Mine from Dumbo? Saskia and I think not. We love this little lullaby and recorded our own version of it. Complete with guest appearances by our twins.

Lovely performance as always.

I learned something as I researched the song. Remembering it from Bette Midler's 1988 movie Beaches, I discovered that the song does come from Dumbo, the original 1941 production. Another bit of interesting trivia, Cliff Edwards, yes, that one, Ukulele Ike, was the voice of Jim Crow in Dumbo.
