Ok, so here's a review and sound sample of the sometimes dreaded Rogue soprano ukulele, the cheapest there is...
I kinda like it, but beware: Buying a Rogue soprano is buying a PROJECT, rather than a finished instrument. Once you put in some work, however, it's a cool little ukulele.

ha ha best review EVER

I bought one of these almost 10 years ago when i started playing uke as one to just keep in my car to play when i was on break at work
and not worry about it. Man that thing would never stay in tune and the action/intonation was pure s**. I ended up giving it to my little brother
as a toy which he would just basically hit against the wall haha. its still at my moms house with 2 black strings on it (the one it came with)
I took it back for a brief time to try and set it up and fix it but i decided to just give it back (no its my adopted sisters toy). I guess its ok
as a 'starter' to learn some chords on for a month or two than move up to something like a kala or lanikai but i would not recommend it
I think spending 50 bucks on a lanikai soprano is a way better deal.
