Did you just mean major chords (like C, D, F, and A), or do you want to include any or all of minor chords (Cm, Dm, Fm, etc), seventh chords (E7, G7, C7, D, F7,. etc), diminished chords, suspended chords, etc? Your best bet might be to buy a book of ukulele chords that includes all the permutations of the chords in each key: C, C#/Db, D, D#/Eb, E, F, F#/Gb, G, G#/Ab, A, A#/Bb, and B. Here's are two:

This one, by Roy Sakuma, organizes chords by type (i.e., majors, minors, etc.) http://www.amazon.com/Treasury-Ukulele-Chords-Roy-Sakuma/dp/0966289706

This one, by Hal Leonard, organizes chord by key: http://www.amazon.com/Leonard-Ukulele-Chord-Finder-Easy-/dp/1423400429/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1382141613&sr=1-1&keywords=hal+leonard+ukulele+chords
