Apparently loads of trees came down last night in the south of the UK...More ukulele fodder :)..Up North where I live was calm and quiet with just a little rain :D http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/

Well, the world did not end yet in Berkshire, but there aren't many apples left on the tree this morning!

Just off to buy a chainsaw, as I have several large branches (15ft or so) down. But these are weeping willow, so I think only fit for burning (and not much use at that, either).
 
I met a guy earlier this year who collects chain-saws. Vintage. I thought he was mad at first, then I looked at all the self-made ukes and banjolele's standing in corners round my house and I realised he was probably the saner of us.
 
Add to that a Gränsfors axe and you're ready for some Swedish mayhem! (You have to earn the horned helmet though.)
