UU Pratice Sessions

Aloha! With respect to the new UU Practice Sessions that are coming out on 11/4, can a beginner benefit or will it be above their skill level?

Yep, a beginner can benefit as much or more than anyone. Go for it! There's another thread on this on UKE TALK.

Although its not really designed for them, real beginners can get a lot out of the practice sessions program as well. If you a real beginner just starting with the uke, many of the exercises will be difficult but by the end of the course you should be better than when you started. It's important to pick up good techniques early though so if you are just starting out I would recommend in addition to doing the practice sessions to go over Ukulele 101 (also in UU+) to pick up good fundamentals on strumming and picking.

Here's a sample of the first lesson in the practice session course, and it'll give you a pretty good idea of what to expect.
