We were tired when we recorded this; really tired. Tough days at work, kids draining every drop of energy, shorter days because of end of daylight savings time. Dead tired, but maybe it just fits this song.
So what you get is the song stripped from its eighties slick production and awkward rap like middle part. What's left is simply a pretty Billy Idol song.
