My latest tenor came with Galli fluorocarbon strings. The uke sounds good, so I checked on getting some more. Looks like they are made in Italy. The cost is pretty good only $4.49 for a tenor set shipped.

Why has there been little of no discussion or use of these strings? Am I missing something? For the price I'm going to get a couple sets.

I have yet to try their uke strings, but I have thoroughly enjoyed some sets of their classical guitar strings.

I just bought a couple of sets the other day, and they just arrived. I have not mounted them just yet, but one quick observation for you. They put all four strings in one pouch, and they are not labeled in any way as to which string is which. So I hope you have good eyes or a caliper to measure them with. The diameters are as follows: A/.022 C/.027 E/.031 G/.022

Previous to buying them, I couldn't find any info on their ukulele strings other than this video from NAMM 2013 by Aldrine.

It appears they have just started making strings for the uke this year, but have been making classical and guitar strings for a very long time.
