Carl was from Paris, Illinois. I don't know his brand of ukulele...from the video I can't even tell if he's more a strummer or a picker...lol.

Carl had quite a hard life after his Our Gang tenure ended at age 12. Quite tragic until a sad death at age 32; even compared to many of today's child stars, it was horrific, to be honest.
