ashbury tenor ukelele

I've been looking at the ashbury tenor with eq and was wondering if it is laminate and if anyone who owns it can tell me how it sounds. Thanks!

I've got and Ashbury Tenor. Not the model with the EQ though. It's laminated, but it sounds pretty good. I've not played many, but it's much better than my Stagg Soprano. Not a bad uke for the price really.

I have an Ashbury CK-TEQ and I'm very happy with it. It needed a little attention to begin with, one fret was a little high and buzzed badly. Other than that the only problem is changing the battery where a few extra cms of wire would have made it a lot easier.
Action and intonation are both very good, a nice comfortable uke to play.
My plan was to keep it at work and leave the more expensive ones at home but I find I take it home with me and play it there too.
