Hi There,
I am selling a Kala soprano Lacewood Travel uke purchased in 2011. I bought it for a friend hoping to lure her in to the ukulele world. That didn't happen and this uke is looking for a good home where it will get played!
This is not the basic travel uke - this one has a spruce top and lacewood back and sides. It is very pretty and in great condition except for a ding on the back of the headstock and two tiny superficial dings on the lower bout binding. It has the original Aquila strings. It has wonderful volume and a bright sound.
Oh... and it is signed by Jake. At a concert he gave at the Canyon Club right after the Japanese Tsunami. Truthfully, I feel a little weird selling an autographed uke and so I am going to donate 10% of the sale to Jake's tsunami relief fund.
It comes with it's original Kala gig bag.
Asking $300.
