I know what you're talking about, because I wanted to watch it too, but missed it on TV. Heart Strings is a documentary about Kamaka and their process of making ukes. And it has Jake Shimabukuro on it. Some info on it is here. Seems to be produced by Piccom, which makes some pretty good documentaries.
