I've owned a handful of these all-koa 'Ukes, but this is the nicest one.
However, it's missing the label AND the headstock decal. There's no doubt this is the real deal(see this eBay example for same details:

No signs of re-finishing, so that's a mystery. Mine needs 1 tuner button(cracked but all there) and has a nick on the top near the fretboard. There is a TINY scratch on the upper bout of back, and really light strum scratches(difficult to see unless you have the perfect lighting) NO cracks or hairlines. Action is about 1/8" at 12th fret. Bridge has not been re-set. 3 scratches near bridge. Included is the (probably) original shipping box with 1961 Honolulu postmark. $450 including shipping to Lower 48 only. PayPal only, please.
