I'm just finishing up a mandolele for a guy and have been in a quandary over string (nylon 4 string) selection. It's basically a tenor with a cut away and a concert size, mando neck on it. The top is beefed up for the higher string pressure but I just really don't know where to start with the strings. I'm basically going to try some low g concert mono strings just to see. I have a medium light set of South Coast uke strings that may do also. Since I have no idea of what string tensions I'm looking for I just really don't know where to start
