Happy Holidays. It's what all vintage watchers have been waiting for, another Uke'n Talk Vintage and just before the holidays we got it posted!

This one is a real beauty, the Favilla Soprano Teardrop. Best sounding soprano I have heard, and in all honesty sounds as wonderful as my 1932 Martin Style 2. I must give it huge props for it's fantastic sound and build quality. This one is minty!

My video had a small glitch with a strange green flash around 15 second, which has now been fixed for Episode 4.

Thanks for watchin!

Wonderful. And what a nice chimey sound that uke has!

Frohliche Weinnachten! :)

Thank you so much for this show! I love it!
I have one of those Favilla Teardrops myself. I got to tell you it sounds as good as any of my Martins.
Great uke and beautiful shape!
Can´t wait for next episode. Please keep them coming! :)

I am so, so glad you all enjoy these. What a joy for me to be able to share my passion with others. Our hope is to share some of the amazing instruments as there are not a lot of places one can see vintage ukuleles. We have A LOT more videos to do, and two more episodes are already recorded.

A HUGE thanks to my friend Jay! He does so much to make these happen, not to mention his being a great player and having impeccable taste in his own instruments. Jay, you are a true friend!

Lucky man! They are in my opinion one of the finest sounded soprano's of it's day, and as far as richness and fullness for a soprano, it definitely can hold it's own right next to a vintage Martin when it comes to that sound. This one is a minty masterpiece.
