FS: Santa Cruz Guitar Company concert ukulele, mahogany burst

This is a beautiful, sweet-sounding concert uke, made by the Santa Cruz Guitar Company. These are extremely rare, with just a few produced, and according to several dealers I've spoken with, no more are planned. This one is in excellent condition, mahogany w/ wood binding and subtle full-body burst. Ebony fretboard, and all the amazing craftsmanship you'd expect from the folks at Santa Cruz. Also comes with a very protective Protec Max rigid nylon uke case that Santa Cruz shipped these with. Asking $1800 shipped in CONUS.

That would have been not too bad, indeed, if I'd gotten my asking price. I would have recouped exactly what I paid. (Happily, I might add - this uke is worth every bit of $1800, truly fantastic.) But it went to a good home, and I need the cash to support my guitar habit, so everybody wins.
