Hi Guys,
Ive had my Cordoba Guilele for a few months now,so thought I'd post a review.I'm a guitarist and have been playing uke in our local group for about 6 months. This is a nice instrument straight out of the box , sweet warm tone and easy to play when you get used to the string spacing. As a guitar player ,the hardest thing is re-naming all of your familiar chord shapes (good old E is now an A). The depth added by the extra strings is nice if you dont have a bass player, and I find it easy to avoid the bottom 2 strings when I want a (low G) uke sound. The built in generic chinese preamp is quite good, but I have replaced it with an LR Baggs 5.0 (more natural sounding). If you play a lot, the wound strings only seem to last 4-6 weeks.
