I'm still trying out the sounds I can get by running my Kawika tenor through the effects processing module of a Yamaha MOX6 synthesizer. A few feet off-camera to the right, the uke is plugged into the synth, and the fuzzbox sound is coming out of a couple of M-Audio speakers connected to the synth. The microphone on my Canon Elph camera is picking up both the sound coming directly from the uke and the distortion sound coming from the speakers.
